How local pickup and delivery works on Loady.

1. What we offer

Loady connects requesters (people or businesses sending items) with delivery partners who perform the trip. We provide the platform; partners carry out pickup and delivery. "Shipping" on Loady means local pickup and delivery coordinated through the app, not postal or international courier unless clearly offered in the product.

2. Time estimates

Pickup and delivery times shown in the app are estimates. They depend on partner availability, traffic, distance, and how quickly the item is ready at pickup. We do not guarantee exact arrival times.

3. Service area

Deliveries are only available where the service is live in the app. Addresses must be accurate and reachable. If an address is outside coverage or invalid, the request may be cancelled or adjusted.

4. Pickup and handover

Requesters are responsible for packaging items safely and providing correct pickup and delivery details. Partners follow reasonable instructions at pickup and delivery. Proof of delivery (such as a photo or confirmation in the app) may be collected to confirm completion.

5. Prohibited items

Certain items cannot be sent through Loady (for example illegal goods, dangerous materials, or items listed in our terms and in-app guidelines). Sending prohibited items may lead to account action and liability as described in our Terms of Service.
