Parcel pickup and delivery

Same-city pickup and drop, tracked door to door.

Point-to-point, same city, same day

Documents to an office across town, keys to a family member, a forgotten tiffin, stock between two of your own shops. Enter a pickup and a drop, describe what is going, and a delivery partner near the pickup takes it straight there — no hub, no sorting centre, no overnight leg.

You can see where it is

Once a partner accepts, you get live GPS tracking from pickup to drop and a status trail at each step. Ask for a photo at handover and you get proof the parcel actually reached the right door. Both you and the recipient can follow the same link.

Priced before you book

The fare depends on distance, the size of what you are sending, and how busy the area is. All of it is shown before you confirm — you are never quoted after the fact. Choose the vehicle that fits: a two-wheeler for documents, something larger when the parcel is not going on a bike.

What we cannot carry

Nothing illegal, hazardous, or prohibited — and nothing you would not want a stranger handling. Cash, jewellery and other high-value valuables are not covered. If you are unsure whether something can be sent, check the Terms before booking.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to send a parcel on Loady?

The fare is based on distance, parcel size and current demand in your area. The full price is shown before you confirm the booking — there is no separate charge added afterwards.

Can I track a parcel while it is being delivered?

Yes. Once a delivery partner accepts, you get live GPS tracking and a status update at every step, and you can request a photo at handover as proof of delivery.

What can I not send as a parcel?

Anything illegal, hazardous or otherwise prohibited, and high-value items such as cash and jewellery, which are not covered. The Terms of Service list the restrictions in full.

Can someone else hand over the parcel at pickup?

Yes. Enter their contact details as the pickup contact and the delivery partner will coordinate the handover with them directly.
