Travelling, or need two packets tomorrow instead of one? Change it in the app up to the cut-off and the shop sees the update. You can pause the whole subscription for a holiday and resume it without setting it up again. Nothing is charged for a day you skipped.

How do I pause my milk delivery while I am away?
Open the subscription in the app and pause it, or skip individual dates. Paused days are not charged, and the standing order resumes on the date you set without any re-setup.
When is the cut-off for changing tomorrow's milk order?
Each shop sets its own cut-off, which is shown on your subscription. Changes made before it reach the shop in time for the next delivery.
Do I pay per delivery or upfront for a milk subscription?
You are charged for what is actually delivered — a skipped or paused day costs nothing. Payment terms can vary by shop and are shown before you confirm the subscription.
Can I subscribe to something other than milk?
Yes. The same recurring flow works for curd and paneer, water cans, bread, eggs, and other routine items a nearby shop is willing to deliver on a schedule.
