Medicine and pharmacy delivery

From licensed chemists near you, including prescription items.

Pharmacy orders from chemists in your area

Loady connects you to licensed pharmacies already operating near you. Over-the-counter items, everyday health supplies, and prescription medicines are all ordered from a real chemist who fills and checks the order before it leaves the counter — the same shop you would have walked to, without the walk.

Prescriptions

Where a medicine requires a prescription, you upload it with the order and the pharmacy verifies it before dispensing. The chemist may contact you if anything on the prescription needs clarifying. We do not dispense medicine ourselves and we do not substitute what a prescription specifies — the licensed pharmacy makes those calls.

When you are not sure what you need

You can describe symptoms in plain language and the assistant will help you find the usual over-the-counter options a chemist stocks. It is a shopping assistant, not a clinician: it will not diagnose you or tell you what to take. For anything beyond routine over-the-counter items, speak to a doctor or ask the pharmacist directly.

Discreet and tracked

Pharmacy orders are delivered like any other — matched to a partner near the chemist, with live status and a photo at your door if you ask for one. Order contents are not shown on the delivery partner's screen beyond what is needed to complete the handover.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a prescription to order medicine on Loady?

Only for medicines that legally require one. You upload the prescription with the order and the licensed pharmacy verifies it before dispensing. Over-the-counter items need no prescription.

Who actually fills my pharmacy order?

A licensed chemist near you. Loady is the ordering and delivery layer — the pharmacy holds the stock, checks the prescription and packs the order.

Can the AI assistant tell me which medicine to take?

No. It can help you find and order what a chemist stocks, but it does not diagnose or recommend treatment. Ask a doctor or the pharmacist for that.

Can medicine orders be returned?

Medicines are generally not returnable once dispensed, for safety reasons. If something arrives wrong, damaged, or is not what the prescription specified, report it through the app and we will work with the pharmacy to fix it.
