Grocery delivery

Kirana staples and daily essentials from shops near you.

Groceries from the shops already around you

Loady does not run a warehouse. It connects you to the kirana stores and supermarkets already trading in your neighbourhood, so what you see is what is genuinely in stock nearby — and it arrives in minutes rather than in a next-day slot. Rice, atta, dal, oil, spices, snacks, cleaning supplies and the rest of a weekly shop all come from shops close enough to deliver quickly.

Ask for a shop, not a search term

Type or speak the list the way you would say it out loud — "two litres of toned milk, a kilo of onions and something for chapati" — and the AI assistant works out what that means, checks which nearby shops have it, and builds a cart for you to confirm. It replies in your language, learns the brands you keep buying, and never places an order without showing you the total first.

What you can put in a grocery order

Prices you can see before you pay

Item prices are set by the shop, not by us, and the delivery fee depends on distance and how busy your area is. Both are shown in full before you confirm, along with any taxes — there is no charge that appears only on the final screen. You can pay online or on delivery where the shop supports it.

Frequently asked questions

How fast is grocery delivery on Loady?

Orders are matched to a delivery partner near the shop, so most arrive within minutes of the shop accepting. Exact timing depends on how far the shop is and how busy the area is; you see live status and a route view the whole way.

Can I order groceries from a specific local shop?

Yes. You can open a shop's page and order from it directly, or let the assistant pick the nearest shop that has everything on your list in stock.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

The shop confirms the order before it is packed. If something is unavailable you are told before payment is captured, and you can swap it, drop it, or cancel.

Is there a minimum order value for groceries?

Minimums are set per shop, not by Loady. If a shop has one, it is shown on that shop's page before you add anything to your cart.
