A customer standing at your counter at 8pm, or messaging you at 11, is ready to buy. What stops them is that there is no way to place the order except your memory, a phone call, or a queue. Loady gives your shop a menu people can browse, a QR code they can scan, and a way to pay — so the order gets placed whether or not you are free to take it.
What it looks like in the shop
You put a QR code on the counter, on the tables, or on the door. A customer points their camera at it and your menu opens — no app to install, no account to make first. They order, they pay by UPI or at the counter, and the order lands on your phone with the items and the amount already totalled.
Your prices, your items, your photos — the menu is yours, not a template.
Orders arrive itemised, so nobody is repeating an order over a noisy counter.
From Growth upward, a Loady partner can take it to their door instead.
Setting it up
You add your shop, describe your items — plainly, in your own words, and AI fills in the name, category and price for you to correct — and print the QR code. Most shops are taking orders the same day. There is nothing to install, and no card details are asked for until you choose a plan.
Free, always
Listing your shop, taking orders from a QR code and running standing orders cost nothing. There is no setup fee and no monthly charge to be on Loady. The only per-order cost is the platform fee, and your customer pays it: 3% at a kirana, 5% at a restaurant, 4% at most other shops, plus GST on the fee.
What a plan changes
A paid plan removes that fee for your customers when they collect in store or pick up AND pay at the counter, and adds the tools around it. An order paid online still carries the fee — the plan buys the software, not the payment gateway's cut. Every plan starts with 7 days free and can be cancelled any time, and nothing is charged during the trial.

Your first week
You authorise a UPI mandate to start, and nothing is taken until day seven. If your shop is still being reviewed when the trial ends, billing is paused rather than charged.
Day 0 You authorise the mandate and start using the plan. No money moves.
Day 5 We send you what the trial was worth — orders taken, and the customer fees your plan covered.
Day 6 A reminder, 24 hours before any money is taken.
Day 7 The first payment. Cancel before it and you are charged nothing at all.
The three things you pay for, and who pays them
Loady charges in three places and nowhere else. Knowing which is which is the whole of our pricing:
Your customer pays
The platform fee
A percentage of the order — 3% at a kirana, 5% at a restaurant, 4% at most other shops, plus GST — paid by your CUSTOMER on every order, until a plan waives it for in-store collection paid at the counter.
Your customer pays
The delivery fare
Paid per delivery, based on distance and vehicle. A plan unlocks delivery as an option from Growth upward; it never bundles a number of deliveries or changes the fare.
You pay
The subscription
What you pay us each month, and the only one of the three that comes out of your account. Nothing else is deducted from your takings.
How the fee allowance works
A plan covers your customers' platform fee on in-store and pickup orders up to a monthly allowance. Past it the normal fee resumes until the next month, and the app shows you what is left as you go.

What you are actually buying
The allowance is a bonus, not the product. What a plan buys is the software: a digital menu, QR ordering at the counter and the table, online orders paid by UPI, and from Growth upward, Loady delivering for you and analytics on what sells. The fee allowance is there so your regulars notice the difference at the counter.
Running more than one shop
Multiple outlets on a single bill is not something we support yet, so we are not going to sell it to you. Tell us how your business is set up and we will price it with you rather than guessing from a table.
Frequently asked questions
Is Loady free for shops?
Yes. Listing your shop, taking QR orders and selling for in-store collection cost nothing, with no setup fee. Your customers pay a platform fee on each order — 3% at a kirana, 5% at a restaurant, 4% at most other shops, plus GST. A paid plan removes that fee for them.
How much does a Loady plan cost?
Starter is ₹499 a month, Growth ₹999 and Pro ₹1,999. Those are all-in prices: GST is included and that exact amount is debited. Every plan starts with 7 days free.
What happens during the 7-day free trial?
You approve a UPI mandate when you start, but nothing is charged for seven days and the app shows you the exact date of the first payment. Cancel before then and no money is taken. If your shop is still being reviewed when the trial ends, billing is paused rather than charged.
Is the platform fee really removed on every order?
On orders your customer collects in store or picks up AND pays for at the counter, yes. An order paid online still carries the fee, because the payment gateway takes its cut whatever plan you are on — the plan buys the software, not the rails. Delivery orders always carry it too. Checkout shows the customer which applies before they pay.
Do I need a plan for Loady to deliver my orders?
Delivery is available from the Growth plan upward. The delivery fare is still paid per order in the normal way — the plan unlocks the option rather than bundling a number of deliveries.
Can I cancel a Loady plan any time?
Yes, from your plan settings, and cancelling is as easy as signing up. You keep the plan until the period you have already paid for ends — cancelling does not forfeit the remainder of the month.
Is GST charged on top of the plan price?
No. The listed price already includes 18% GST, so ₹499 is the full monthly amount debited from your account.
