Loady ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect when you use the Loady app, how we use and protect it, and your rights. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

2. Data we collect

We collect: (a) Account and identity: phone number (for sign-in), display name, profile photo, and role (requester, delivery partner, ops partner). (b) Delivery data: pickup and delivery addresses, request details, delivery status, and proof of delivery (e.g. photos). (c) Location: when you allow it, we use location for matching deliveries, live tracking, and directions. (d) Device and usage: device type, app version, and usage data to improve the service and fix issues. (e) Communications: support messages and reports you send us.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to: provide and operate the app (e.g. matching requesters and delivery partners, showing live tracking); verify your identity and manage your account; process payments and enforce our policies; send you notifications (e.g. delivery updates, push notifications); improve the app and prevent abuse; and comply with law or respond to valid legal requests.

4. Third-party services

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database (Firestore), and push notifications (FCM). Your data is stored and processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy and our agreements. We may use mapping and directions services (e.g. Google Maps). We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and delivery data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and comply with law. You can request deletion of your account and associated data; we will process such requests in line with applicable law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us via Report & Support in the app or at support@loady.app.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of important changes in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
